Villa Pavlos
Villa Pavlos is equipped to a high standard with everything you need for self catering to ensure your holiday is both comfortable and enjoyable. Villa Pavlos has an open plan living area with 3 comfy sofas, a stylish dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine). There are 3 bedrooms: one double, one twin room, and a room with a double and a single bed. The villa has a bathroom and a separate shower room. The communal pool can be seen from the villa.

Accommodation:
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with double bed on the ground floor.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and single bed on the first floor.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds on the first floor.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and wc (first floor).
Shower room with shower, sink, and wc (ground floor).
Kitchen:
Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:
Living area with 3 comfy sofa's, TV with Sky free view, DVD, CD, and a dining table and 6 chairs.
Other:
The villa contains a safe for your use. There are 2 large sunny balconies and 2 patio areas with a table and chairs and a traditional brick barbecue for al fresco dining. 6 sun beds are provided. There is a private driveway to the side of the villa.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The property will be cleaned and ready for your arrival, with beds made and an extra set of linen provided. There will also be 2 sets of towels per person, and six kitchen towels. There is no maid service but a linen collection can be arranged.
Changeover day:
There is no preferred changeover day.
Arrival is after *2pm, and departure before *12 midday.
*However, we will always accommodate your arrival and departure times where possible.
Notes on accommodation:
Villa Pavlos is equipped with air-conditioning to all rooms. Additional heaters are provided for wintertime.
Note: Air conditioning is included in the price. Any mis-use of the air-conditioning will be charged to the hirer (i.e. left on when windows are open or when the villa is not occupied).

Accessibility
There is easy access to the ground floor. The open plan living area, the double bedroom and shower room are all on the ground floor. Stairs lead to the second floor with a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The driveway is next to the front door.
Outside
There is an attractive covered garden area to the front with a table and chairs and a BBQ. Also a patio to the side overlooking the pool.
Two large sunny balconies upstairs (one overlooking the pool).
The pool is 9x5m.
Coast/Beach
The Popular Paphos Beach and Harbour are about 15 minutes walk. More beaches are just along the coast by bus or car. Visit where2go for more information

Travel
Paphos Airport is about 20 minutes drive. Larnaca Airport is about 1hour and 40 minutes drive. Car recommended.
Distances
Villa Pavlos is in an excellent location in Kato Paphos (Town), near to the landmark of Paphos Castle Fort in the Harbour. There are many historical and archaeological places of interest to visit in Paphos and all over Cyprus. Many villages are nearby for you to mix with the local people in the tavernas. Water sports, water parks, children’s fun parks and much more are all to be found in Paphos.
