Villa Maria is an exceptional individually designed single storey villa built to the owners' specification with luxury and comfort in mind. This spacious villa has air conditioning throughout, is centrally heated and sleeps 10, with all 4 bedrooms en-suite. One of the bedrooms is in a separate annexe and also has kitchen facilities. Villa Maria has a private swimming pool and sea views, with spectacular sunsets. A special feature is the viewing tower. A traditional brick BBQ and a bar complete the setting for you to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Open plan living area with comfy sofas and armchairs, dining table and chairs, 42" plasma wall TV screen with Sky, DVD/ CD. A/C, ceiling fans, and under floor heating. A selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games are available for you.
Other:
The villa contains a safe for your use. The separate studio has 2 single beds, en-suite, and hairdryer, kitchen with fridge, washing machine, kettle, A/C, and ceiling fan. Central heating.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Equipped with 2 sets of linen for each bed, and 2 sets of towels each for 10 people. 12 T-towels.
There is no maid service, but linen can be collected at the end of each week.
Special requirements will be considered.
Changeover day:
Flexible changeover day. Flight arrival and departure times required. Every effort will be made to accommodate you from the time of your flight arrival until your flight departure time.
Notes on accommodation:
A generous welcome pack is included. The property has air conditioning and central heating in each room (charged locally). The pool can be heated for which a charge is made at cost locally. Suitable for couples, families, larger groups, or wedding groups.

Villa Maria has a private pool (heating available), BBQ, bar, and patio furniture including sun beds where you can relax and enjoy the sea views and the sunset. The unique viewing tower offers viewing from a higher perspective with sea and mountain views.
